      58-2010.   Public agencies to provide information upon request; paymentof cost.Any city, county or state department, board or agency having informationor records which will enable the secretary of the state historical societyto carry out the provisionsof this act shall furnish, upon request, such information to the secretaryof the state historical society. The cost of providing such informationshall be paid by the secretaryof the state historical society.
