58-2102. Certified copy of record as evidence.A copy of the record of such patent, or of such certified copy ofpatent, as may have been heretofore or may be hereafter so recorded, dulycertified by the register of deeds under the register's official seal asbeing a true copy of the original record in his or her office, shall bereceived in all courts of this state as prima facie evidence of the existenceof such patent and of such record.
