      58-2103.   Certified copy of patent as evidence.A certified copy of United States patent to land, certified to bythe proper officer having such records in custody for the federalgovernment as a true copy of the original patent issued by the president ofthe United States of America, shall be competent as evidence the same asthe original in all courts of this state and conclusive proof of the titleas therein shown.
