      58-2214.   Unacknowledged deed; proof of execution and delivery.If the grantor die before acknowledging the deed, or if for any otherreason the grantor's attendance cannot be procured, in order to make theacknowledgment, or if, having appeared, the grantor refuses to acknowledgeit, proof of the due execution and delivery of the deed may be made by any competenttestimony.
