      58-2248.   Recording title to lands patented by state to railroads.Laws 1879, chapter 132, section 1, included by reference. [The title tothe act is as follows: "An act providing for recording of deeds andabstracts of title to certain lands patented by the state of Kansas torailroad companies." Act provided that the register of the state landoffice certify proper records to be recorded in the counties because of thepatents having included, in one instrument, lands lying in differentcounties.]
