      58-2335.   Assumption of mortgage obligations by person not party tooriginal mortgage; maximum fee for changing records of lendinginstitutions.Whenever the obligations of a mortgage are assumed and agreed to be paidby any one or more persons who were not parties to such original mortgage,no fee in excess of seventy-five dollars ($75) or as otherwise provided inthe mortgage contract shall be charged by any savings and loan association,bank or other lending institution for the services connected with makingappropriate changes in the books, papers and records of the savings andloan association, bank, or other lending institution.
