      58-2418.   Power to grantee to sell.Where a power to sell lands or other property shall be given to thegrantee in any mortgage or other conveyance intended to secure the paymentof money, the power shall be deemed a part of the security, and shall vestin any person who shall become entitled to the money so secured to be paid.
