      58-24a15.   Investments of conservators.Conservators shall not invest funds under their control andmanagement ininvestments other than those specifically permitted byK.S.A. 59-3078, andamendments thereto, except upon the entry of an order of a court of competentjurisdiction, after a hearing on a verified petition. Before authorizing anysuch investment, the court shall require evidence of value and advisability ofsuch purchase.
