      58-2521.   Repairs and improvements by cotenant.If a joint tenant, or tenant in common, or tenant in coparcenary, haveby consent management of the estate, and make repairs and improvements withthe knowledge and without objection of his or her cotenant or coparcener, suchcotenant or coparcener shall contribute ratably thereto.
