      58-2522.   Recovery by cotenant of rents and profits.A joint tenant, or tenant in common, or tenant in coparcenary, maymaintain an action against his or her cotenant or coparcener or their personalrepresentatives, for receiving more than his or her just proportion of therents and profits.
