      58-2525.   Same; lessor's remedies when rent payable in share of crop.When any such rent is payable in a share or certain proportion of thecrop, the lessor shall be deemed the owner of such share or proportion, andmay, if the tenant refuse to deliver the lessor such share or proportion, enterupon the land and take possession of the same, or obtain possession thereofby action of replevin.
