      58-2558.   Use of premises; extended absence of tenant.Unless otherwise agreed, the tenant shall occupy such tenant's dwellingunit only as a dwelling unit. The rental agreement may require that thetenant notify the landlord of any anticipated extended absence from thepremises in excess of seven days no later than the first day of theextended absence.
