Article 26.--TOWNSITES, LOTS AND PLATTED LANDS

      58-2608.   Map or plat by surviving partner and heirs.If a deceased partner, leaving minor heirs, shall not have acknowledgeda map or plat of such lands as aforesaid, the surviving partner or partnersmay at any time hereafter acknowledge a map or plat as surviving partner orpartners, and cause the same to be filed and recorded according to law; andsuch acknowledgment, filing and recording, with the acknowledgment of theheirs of full age, if any, shall have the same force and effect as if thesame had been done by all the partners in the lifetime of said deceasedpartner, and before any such land had been sold by such partners.
