      58-2810.   Unlawful for county officers to prevent use of records.Any county officer who prevents or prohibitsany person who hascomplied with the provisions of this act from a proper use of therecords of the office of the county officeras provided in K.S.A. 58-2804, and amendments thereto,shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
