      58-2813.   Prohibition on conducting abstracting business without full-timeservices of licensee.On and after July 1, 1985, no person, firm, partnership,association or corporation shall make, compile or complete and sell abstractsof title to real estate in the state of Kansas unless such person, firm,partnership, association or corporation is operated or managed on a full-timebasis or employs on a full-time basis an individual licensed under the provisionsof article 28 of chapter 58 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated or acts amendatoryof the provisions thereof or supplemental thereto.
