58-30a08. When lien attaches.If the broker has a written agreement with a prospectivebuyer asprovided insubsection (b) of K.S.A. 58-30a03, and amendments thereto, the lien attacheswhenthe broker records a notice of the lien within 90days afterthe purchase, conveyance or transfer in the office of the register ofdeeds in thecounty in which the commercial real estate is located.
