      58-30a15.   Failure to file suit to forecloselien.If a broker claiming a lien pursuant to this act fails tofile suit to enforce the lienwithin 30 daysafter a properlyserved written demand of the owner, the lien shall be extinguished. Service ofsuch demandshall be byrestricted mail as defined by K.S.A. 60-103 and amendments theretoor by personal service.
