      58-3115b.   Expansion of condominiums.The declarant may expand the condominium by adding land tracts inaccordance with the provisions of the declaration and this act. Any suchexpansion shall be deemed to have occurred at the time of the recordationof the plat of survey and floor plans required by this act, together withan amendment to the declaration duly executed by the declarant. Suchamendment shall contain a legal description of the land added to thecondominium and shall reallocate undivided interests in the common areasand facilities in accordance with this act.
