      58-3121.   Waiver of use of common areas and facilities; abandonment ofapartment.No apartment owner may exempt himself or herself from liability for his or hercontribution towards the common expenses by waiver of the use or enjoymentof any of the common areas and facilities or by abandonment of his or herapartment.
