58-3129. Invalidity of part.If any provision of this act or any section, sentence, clause, phrase orword, or the application thereof in any circumstance is held invalid, thevalidity of the remainder of the act and of the application of any suchprovision, section, sentence, clause, phrase or word in any othercircumstances shall not be affected thereby.
