      58-3309.   Annual report.(a) Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary date of anorder registering subdivided lands, the subdivider shall file a report inthe form prescribed by the commissioner. The report shall reflectany material changes in information contained in the original applicationfor registration.

      (b)   The commissioner at his or her option may permit the filing of annualreports within thirty (30) days after the anniversary date of theconsolidated registration in lieu of the anniversary date of the originalregistration.
