      58-3707.   Recordation of declaration and legal description.There shall be recorded simultaneously with the declaration, at theoffice of the register of deeds, one or more plats of survey showing thelegal description, the location and dimensions of the submitted land, thelocation and description of any land which may be added to the townhouseproject if such right is set forth in the declaration, and the location anddimensions of each townhouse unit and all common area improvements.
