      58-3822.   Same; limitations.(a) On and after the effective date of this act, any transferfee covenant, as defined in K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 58-3821, and amendments thereto,is herebydeclared to be against public policy and such covenant shall be void andunenforceable.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall apply to any transfer fee covenantin existence on the effective date of this act.
