Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 38.--EASEMENTS

      58-3830.   Homeowners association; budget; boardmeetings open to members.(a) An association shall:

      (1)   Open all meetings of the board of the homeowner's association to allhomeowners; and

      (2)   adopt an annual budget and within 30 days after the adoption of suchbudget shall make a copy thereof available to any member of the associationupon the request of such member.

      (b)   For the purposes of this section, "association" means a nonprofithomeowners association as defined in K.S.A. 60-3611 and amendments thereto.
