Article 39.--DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY ACT

      58-3961.   Destruction or disposition of property having insubstantialcommercial value; immunity from liability.If the administrator determines after investigation that anypropertydelivered under this act has insubstantial commercial value, theadministrator may destroy or otherwise dispose of the property at anytime. No action or proceeding may be maintained against the state orany officer or against the holder for or on account of any actiontaken by the administrator pursuant to this section.
