Article 39.--DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY ACT

      58-3972.   Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anypersonor circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this act are severable.
