      58-4012.   Act exclusive procedure for museums; exception, state historical society.(a) The state historical society and its institutions andlibraries may, at its option, acquire title to property pursuant to theprovisions of this act or pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 33-104 andamendments thereto.

      (b)   Museums, other than the state historical society and itsinstitutions and libraries, may acquire title to loaned property only asprovided by this act.
