      58-4122.   Employment of certified or licensed appraiser, purpose.A client or employer may retain or employ a statecertified or licensed appraiser to act as a disinterestedthird party inrendering an unbiased estimate of value or analysis. A client or employermay also retain or employ a state certified or licensedappraiser toprovide specialized services to facilitate the client's or employer'sobjectives. In either case, the appraisal and the appraisal report mustcomply with the provisions of this act.
