      58-4208.   Same; dealer's license issuance and renewal conditional uponinsurance; requirements of insurance.No dealer's license shall be issued or renewed unless theapplicant or holder of the license shall have on file with the divisionan approved insurance policy, issued by an insurance carrier authorizedto transact business withinthe state of Kansas. The term of the policy shall be continuousand shall remain in full force and effect until cancelled under propernotice. All policies must be issued in the name of the holderor applicant for the dealer's license andshall provide publicliability and property damage insurance for themovement of any manufactured home or mobile home or the inspectionthereof by prospective purchasers, owned or being offered for sale by thedealer whenbeing moved or inspected by the owner or seller, the seller's agent, servants,employees, prospective customers or other persons. The limits ofliability shall correspond to the amount required by law in this statefor bodily injury or death of any one person, bodily injury or death inany one accident and property damage. Such insurance may not becancelled unless 30 days' notice by the insurancecarrier has been given in writing to the director. Upon the effectivedate of cancellation of any insurance policy requiredunder this section,the license to engage in business as a dealer shall be void.
