58-4223. Same; hearing.From and after July 1, 2006, whenever the president orthe president's designee hasreason to believethat a licensed installer, an apprentice installer or an applicant for amanufactured homeinstaller's license or apprentice installer's license is in violation of anyprovision contained inK.S.A. 58-4217 to 58-4222, inclusive, and amendments thereto, or any rule orregulationadoptedthereunder, the president or the president's designee,either upon the president's or such designee's own motion or upon complaint,mayhold a hearing forthe purpose ofdetermining whether any of the actions authorized by subsection (b) ofK.S.A. 58-4221, and amendments thereto, is warranted.The hearing shall be conducted and any action taken by the president or thepresident's designee pursuant tothe hearing shallbe in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedureact.
