      58-4226.   Same; remittance and deposit of civilpenalties and fees in state housing trust fund.Any civil penalties or fees paid to the president orcorporationpursuant toK.S.A. 58-4217 to 58-4225, inclusive, and amendments thereto, shall be remittedto thestate treasurer inaccordance with K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of eachsuch remittance, the statetreasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the creditof the state housing trust fund.
