      58-4507.   Same; provision of attorney by attorneygeneral; independent counsel, payment of fees.The attorney general shall provide as anattorney for the board and shall represent the board in all actions andproceedings brought by or against theboard. The board may hire independentcounsel when theboard deems appropriate. All fees and expenses of such independent counselarising out of theperformance of duties for the board shall be paid out of the home inspectorsregistration feefund.
