58-4508. Same; disposition of moneys; homeinspectors registration fee fund.The secretary shall remit all moneys receivedby orfor the boardfrom fees, charges or penalties to the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A.75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, thestate treasurer shalldeposit the entire amount in the state treasuryand the balance shall be credited to thehome inspectorsregistration fee fund, which is hereby established. All expenditures from suchfundshall be made in accordance with appropriations acts upon warrants of thedirector of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by theboard or by a person or persons designated by the board.
