      58-710.   Same; requirement of survival by 120 hours under donativedispositions in governing instruments.Except as provided in K.S.A. 58-713, for purposes of a donativeprovision of a governing instrument, an individual who is not established byclear and convincing evidence to have survived an event, including the death ofanother individual, by 120 hours is deemed to have predeceased the event.
