      58-818.   Care, custody and control of stored property vested in occupant;exceptions.Unless the rental agreement specifically provides otherwiseand until a lien sale under the self-service storage act, the exclusivecare, custody and control of all personal property stored in the leasedself-service storage space remains vested in the occupant.
