      58a-1103.   Severability clause.If any provision of thiscode oritsapplication to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity doesnot affect otherprovisions or applications of this code which can be given effect without theinvalid provision orapplication, and to this end the provisions of this code are severable.
