Chapter 58a.--KANSAS UNIFORM TRUST CODE Article 3.--REPRESENTATION

      58a-302.   Representation by holder ofgeneral testamentary power of appointment.To the extent there is no conflict of interestbetween the holderof a general testamentary power of appointment and the persons represented withrespect to theparticular question or dispute, the holder may represent and bind persons whoseinterests, aspermissible appointees, takers in default, or otherwise, are subject to thepower.
