Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 10.--PARTNERSHIP ESTATES

      59-1005.   Accounting; liabilities and penalties.The person executing the trust, whether surviving partner or executor oradministrator, shall have the same duty to account and to have his or her accountadjudicated as in the case of ordinary administration; and such personshall be subject to the same liabilities, remedies, and penalties withreference thereto as an ordinary administrator.
