Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 12.--INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT

      59-1203.   Supplementary inventory.Whenever assets of any kind, not mentioned in the inventory that hasbeen made, come to the knowledge or possession of the personalrepresentative, suchrepresentative shall make an inventory thereof, stating opposite each itemcontained in the inventory the value thereof. The personal representativeshall file such inventory with thecourt within 30 days after the discoveryof the assets.
