Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 12.--INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT

      59-1205.   Debt of executor to be included.The naming of any person executor in a will shall not operate as adischarge or bequest of any just claim which the testator had against suchexecutor, but such claim shall be included among the assets of the decedentin the inventory.
