Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 14.--MANAGEMENT AND SALE OF ASSETS

      59-1403.   Foreclosure of mortgage.An executor or administrator shall have the same right to foreclose amortgage or collect the debt secured thereby as the decedent would have hadif living and the executor or administrator may complete any such proceedingcommenced by suchdecedent.
