Article 14.--MANAGEMENT AND SALE OF ASSETS

      59-1406.   Specifically bequeathed property.Property specifically bequeathed may be delivered to the legateeentitled thereto upon his or her giving security for the redelivery thereof, orits appraised value, if ordered by the court so to do, to the executor oradministrator; otherwise it shall remain in the custody of the executor oradministrator, to be delivered or sold as may be required by law.
