Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 14.--MANAGEMENT AND SALE OF ASSETS

      59-1408.   Refund of legacies and distributive shares.If after the payment of legacies or distribution it becomes necessarythat the same or any part thereof be refunded for the payment of debts orother items, the amount necessary to be refunded shall be apportionedamong the legatees and distributees according to their liability forpayment as provided in K.S.A. 59-1405.
