Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 15.--ACCOUNTING AND DISTRIBUTION

      59-1502.   Duty to account.Every executor or administrator shall present a verified account of administration within the time limited and make application to the court tosettle and allow his or her account and to assign the estate to the personsentitled thereto. The executor or administrator shall also account at suchother times as the court may require.
