Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 16.--ACCOUNTING OF TRUSTEES

      59-1604.   Distribution accounting.Within thirty days after the distribution of the trust property by thetestamentary trustee he or she shall file in the court where the final account wasfiled a distribution account of the trust property which he or she had distributedand the receipts of the distributees.
