Article 17.--PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ESTATES

      59-1713.   Termination of authority not to invalidate acts.All the acts of a fiduciary as such, before the termination of his or herauthority, shall be as valid to all intents and purposes as if suchfiduciary had continued lawfully to execute the duties of his or her trust.
