Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 17.--PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ESTATES

      59-1718.   Discharge.Whenever any fiduciary has paid or transferred to the persons entitledthereto all of the property of the estate, paid all taxes required to bepaid by the fiduciary and has filed proof thereof, and has complied with all theorders and decrees of the court and with the provisions of law, and hasotherwise fully discharged his or her trust, the court shall finally dischargethe fiduciaryand his or her sureties.
