Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 21.--ADOPTION

      59-2116.   Same; time of execution.A consent or relinquishment maynot be given by the mother or accepted until 12 hours after the birth of achild.Any consent or relinquishment given by the motherbefore 12 hours after the birth of a child is voidable, prior to the finaldecree of adoption.
