Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 21.--ADOPTION

      59-2135.   Same; information to be provided to department of social andrehabilitation services.The clerk of each district court shall provide a copy ofthe decree of adoption, a copy of the report of adoption required inK.S.A. 59-2119 and a copy of theinformation required in K.S.A. 59-2130 pertaining to any adoption of a minor tothe secretary of social and rehabilitation services. All informationpertaining to adoptions of minors required to be provided to the secretaryof social and rehabilitation services shall be maintained by the secretaryand shall be subject to disclosure to the same extent as files and recordsof the court under K.S.A. 59-2122.
