Article 22.--PROBATE PROCEDURE

      59-2208.   Notice fixed by court; waiver.When notice of any probate proceedings is required by law or deemednecessary by the court and the manner of giving it is notdirected by law, the court shall order notice to be given to all personsinterested, in such manner and for such length of time asthe court considersreasonable. A copy of the petition, any attachments to it and, whenapplicable, a copy of the will, accounting and settlement agreement shallbe served with the notice, unless excused by court order. Any requirednotice may be waived inwriting by: Any competentperson; any fiduciary; a trustee on behalf of the trustee and allbeneficiaries of the trust; a conservator on behalf of the conservatorand all the conservator's conservatees; aguardian on behalf of the guardianand all the guardian's wards; a guardian ad litem onbehalf of the guardianad litem and all those whom the guardian ad litemrepresents; or an attorney underthe servicemembers civil relief act onbehalf of an attorneyappointed pursuant to that act and allthose whom such attorney represents.
